• Our punching team is one of the most experienced in Europe with 10 years average length of service in the field. We punch mainly custom embroidery designs for a lot of customers in England, Holland, Sweden, Germany, Italy, Macedonia Russia etc. We can offer you the best designs at very competitive price.
• We punch the designs for other punching centers.
• Privacy policy: We do not put customer designs in our stock design library!		   • We sew out the punched designs, except in cases of very rush orders.
• Satisfaction guaranteed, design can be returned for unlimited editing due to technical problems caused by the digitizer.
• Small corrections based on a new artwork different from original artwork - free.
• For the same design in 2 sizes, smaller one is free if the size difference is 50%. For bigger differences - special price.
• Low miinimum and maximum price per design.

Orders

 1. We accept artworks in: JPG, TIF, PDF, CDR (converted to curves) or other bitmap format.
2. Specify the name of the design.
3. Specify the fabric on which the design will be embroidered.
4. Final design size: Width x Height.
5. Number of colors.
6. Start/end point of the design, otherwise center start/end point will be accepted.
7. Normally we use Tajima DST format, but other DOS and non-DOS formats like BARUDAN, HAPPY, MELCO, ZSK, can be used. Please specify the design format if it is different from DST.
8. Specify the turnaround time. Have in mind that we are in East European time zone - GMT+2hours.

Starting

 Send 2 designs and we will punch them free of charge to prove the quality.
Estimation
 Free stitch estimation
• Send us E-mail with attached artwork with detailed description on: punch@komtekct.com and we will inform you for the expected number of stitches.

Payment

 • Monthly payment by T/T (wire transfer).
• At the beginning of each month you will receive detailed information for your balance for the previous month.
• Deposit policy: As T/T will create a lag between money transfer and receipt, we require EUR500 initial deposit to our account before we provide you uninterrupted service.
• The next deposit will depend on the turnover you made for the previous month to ensure smooth business between two parties.
• We reserve the right to alert you when your balance is due.
• Expect soon credit cards payment to be accepted.

Delivery
 • We deliver punched designs by e-mail in DST or other agreed format. Delivery of non-DOS formats by e-mail is possible, also. Please specify in your order if the format is different than DST.
